DiVine Bourbon

If you thought that Bourbon was only made in Kentucky than boy were you wrong! As a matter of fact Bourbon may be produced anywhere in the USA as long as you follow a few simple guidelines:

1. The mash must be made up of at least 51% corn
2. When distilled you may not go above 160 proof
3. You must age it in new charred oak barrels
4. Must be bottled above 80 proof

Our DiVine Bourbon is made of corn, malted barley and just a touch of rye to give it a nice spicy kick on the finish and aged for 3 years in charred oak barrels. We only produce a handful of barrels each year.
