Dear Friend,

For over 19 years we've developed great relationships through our business, from our PR/Marketing company and Accountant (they were both married here), to our Indiana Distributor (a long-time friend) we have tried to surround ourselves with great people who have a true passion for our business.

Our favorite relationships are the ones we've made over the last two decades working at the tasting bar. We love the idea that when you purchase our products you've entered into a relationship whereby we become a small part of your life as you enjoy them with family and friends during holidays and important milestones or even just a routine evening at home.

So thank you for being a part of our life and for letting us be a part of yours!

Your BFF (Booze Friends Forever)

Wine 101 - This month's featured wines

We just had to choose these wines for their color alone but they are also perfect for cooking, cocktails and sipping on their own. Remember, shipping is free on any purchase of $100 or more.

Cranberry Wine

A delicious blend of sweet and tart, this is one of our best selling wines. A perfect choice for the holiday season and the only civilized way to have your cranberries!

Just the right amount of tartness and sweetness, for a refreshing and flavorful treat. The entire fermentation process is carried out in stainless steel.

Winemaker's Notes: This wine has a bright Cranberry color with a fruity, aromatic nose including hints of cranberry and currant. The palate is very lively, with a sweetness that is perfectly balanced with a tart, refreshing finish.

Food Pairings: The perfect wine for chicken, turkey or pork. Great for holiday fare, it is also great for light lunches, dinners, or salads. View recipes paired with Cranberry Wine.

Raspberry Dessert Wine

Savor this sweet, vigorous fortified wine alone or pour over a dreamy slice of cheesecake. Mix with DiVine Vodka for a "fruitini". A delicious ingredient when cooking, don't miss our sinfully good recipes. A must try for raspberry lovers!

Food Pairings: Over ice cream, cheesecake or a brownie; with dark chocolate. View recipes paired with Raspberry Dessert Wine.

From the Cellar

In the Winery

We are way ahead of schedule as the extremely cold weather and early harvest last fall have combined to get our wines through cold stability and on their way to the bottle. We should be bottling the 2010 vintage starting this month and ending in early May.

In the Distillery

We are putting the finishing touches on the DiVine Vodka and Rum distillation and working on blending for the DiVine Bourbon. We are very excited about the prospects of this year's distillates as every year we seem to get them even more "dialed in"!

In the Brewery

We've taken apart every piece of machinery in the brewery to thoroughly clean and repair so that we are ready to keep up with the high demand of our beer during the summer months. We've also got a couple of new recipes that we've been working hard on that will be arriving in the tasting rooms this summer...stay tuned (and thirsty)!

Cheers from the cellar!

Frequently Asked Questions

What is all that swirling and sniffing about?

Though it may look a little silly (or snobby), swirling the wine in your glass actually opens up the wine (that's wine speak for lets in air) and helps bring out the aromas of your wine. This step is important because so much of tasting wine is about appreciating and identifying the different smells and tastes of each wine.

So go ahead, swirl it around and take a whiff. Do you like what you smell? What does it smell like? Swirl and sniff again. Is it the same or has it changed?

Now, taste the wine. Hold it in your mouth for a moment. How does the taste compare with the smell? Is it what you expected? How would you describe it?
