Honey-Bourbon Glazed Carrots
INGREDIENTS
- 1 lb carrot, peeled and sliced diagonally into 1/4 inch slices
- 2/3 cups water
- 3 T butter
- 3 T honey
- 3 T DiVine Bourbon
PREPARATION
- Combine all ingredients in a large heavy skillet over medium high heat.
- Cook until carrots are tender and liquid has turned into a glaze, about 10 minutes, stirring frequently.
- Season to taste.
