Strawberry-Cranberry Summer Salad

INGREDIENTS
- 1 cup Round Barn Cranberry Wine
- 10 ounces fresh spinach - rinsed and dried
- 1 quart strawberries - cleaned, hulled and sliced
- 1/4 cup almonds - slivered
- 1/4 cup feta cheese
- 1/4 cup balsamic vinaigrette
PREPARATION
In large bowl, toss spinach, almonds, feta and vinaigrette. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
In a medium bowl, marinate strawberries in
Round Barn Cranberry Wine for 1/2 hour before serving.
When ready to serve, toss strawberry-wine mixture with salad mixture. Sprinkle with almonds.
