DiVine Vodka Recipe Collection

DiVine Twisted Gimlet

1 1/2 oz. DiVine Vodka
3/4 oz. fresh lime juice
1 tsp. simple syrup
4 mint leaves, twisted
Vigorously shake all ingredients in a shaker and pour into a martini glass.

DiVine Cranberry

1 oz. DiVine Vodka
1/2 oz. Raspberry Pi
3 oz. Round Barn Cranberry Wine
Shake with ice, strain into martini glass. Garnish with twist of lime.

DiVine Black Walnut

1 1/2 oz. DiVine Vodka
1 shot cold espresso
1 tsp. simple syrup
Shake and strain ingredients into a martini glass. Top with cappuccino foamed, Black Walnut Pi and milk.

DiVine Grand Slam

1/2 oz. DiVine Vodka
3/4 oz. Free Run's Muscat Ottonel
Dash of Round Barn Heart of Apricot
Artesia Sauvage Sparkling Wine
Shake and strain into chilled champagne flute. Top with a splash of Artesia Sauvage.

DiVine Apple

1 1/4 oz DiVine Vodka
1 oz Round Barn Apple Demi Sec
Splash of Round Barn Heart of Apple
Splash of Vernor's Ginger Ale
Shake with crushed ice. Strain into cocktail glass. Garnish with an orange twist.

DiVine Cosmopolitan

1 1/2 oz Divine Vodka
1 1/2 oz Round Barn Cranberry Wine
1/2 oz fresh lime juice
Shake with crushed ice. Strain into cocktail glass. Garnish with a lemon twist.

DiVine Lemon Drop

1 1/2 oz DiVine Vodka
1 1/2 oz lemon juice
1 oz simple sugar
Rub rim of glass with lemon/lime peel. Dip glass rim in sugar. Shake ingredients with crushed ice and strain into cocktail glass. Garnish with a lemon wheel.

DiVine Martini & Lemon Twist

1 1/2 oz Frozen DiVine Vodka
lemon twist
Shake DiVine vodka over ice. Strain and serve in a rocks glass and garnish with lemon twist.

DiVine Martini & Pimento

1 1/2 oz frozen DiVine Vodka
Pimentos
Shake DiVine over ice and strain. Serve in a cocktail glass with extra Pimentos.

DiVine Native American

3/4 oz DiVine Vodka
3/4 oz Round Barn's Sparkling Concord Grape or Sparkling Niagara Juice
Prepare rim of a champagne glass with sugar. Shake with crushed ice and strain into cocktail glass. Top with a frozen grape.

DiVine & Tonic

1 1/2 oz DiVine Vodka
Tonic Water
Pour DiVine Vodka into a highball glass, add tonic and stir. Garnish with a twist of lime.

DiVine Sangria

Make this early in the day for the flavors to meld.
3 shots Heart of Apple Brandy
1 lime, sliced
1 lemon, sliced
2 ripe peaches, cut into wedges
3 ripe green apples, seeded & cut into wedges
1 bottle of Round Barn Winery Apricot Demi Sec
1 pint of Raspberries
Sparkling soda water for topping off glasses of sangria at the table.
Combine Apple Brandy, lime, lemon, peaches and apples in a large pitcher. Cover with 1 bottle of Apricot wine and chill sangria several hours. To serve, spoon fruits into glasses adding a few fresh raspberries in each glass, pour wine over top of the fruit. Top the glasses with a splash of soda water and serve.

DiVine Burgundy

3/4 oz DiVine Vodka
3/4 oz Round Barn Chardonnay
Splash of Round Barn Peach Pi
Lemon-lime Soda
Shake and top with lemon-lime soda.

DiVinely Stoned Fruit

1 oz DiVine Vodka
1/2 oz Peach Pi
1/2 oz Apricot Pi
2 oz Apricot Demi Sec
Shake with crushed ice. Strain into cocktail glass. Garnish with peach & apricot slices.
